From drop-off to pick-up, How we handle your suspension with care and precision.

Service Form

First step is to fill out our service form. this can be done by the bike shop but is best done before hand so we can make sure we have the parts needed

Drop Off/Mail In

Next step is to drop you suspension off at one of our partner bike shops or mail it to our PO box. from there once a week suspension is picked up/dropped off at shops/PO box. Expedited orders will be picked up within 24 hours of drop off and returned within two days of pickup.

Once picked up your suspension will be serviced and droped off the following week to the same bike shop it was picked up from. or it will be mailed back to the return address. For drop off items payment will be handled at the bike shop. for mail in orders a invoice will be sent to your email before item is shipped back.
